Features of the outdoor P5 full color led display:

★Display spacing is small and viewing distance is close on the outdoor P5led display screen; the lamp tubes are surface-mounted with Guoxing gold wires and copper brackets, with a viewing angle of more than 130° on both sides. The display screen is clearer and more realistic, fully meeting the outdoor display needs, with uniform light mixing, high color matching, and good consistency.

★In the bottom shell of the P5 outdoor led display, mechanical engineering mechanics are used to reinforce the product, which improves its load-bearing tensile capacity and flatness; the mask is designed with dense stripes with precise calculation. The interference caused by light from the lamp tube greatly reduces the problem of environmental light reflection. Under various ambient light conditions, the contrast of the product is optimal due to interference caused by the light. As a result, the entire screen’s ink color becomes blacker, the contrast ratio improves, and the image’s colors are restored more realistically.

★In the new mask design for the P5LED display, light emitted by the LEDs is almost completely reflected, so the display effect is guaranteed;

★It uses high-temperature spraying technology in its cabinet design, which greatly improves its anti-rust properties.

★There should be no more than 0.2mm difference in flatness between the installation surface and the entire outdoor P5 display module.

★P5 full-color outdoor display’s circuit board layout design provides effective control of excessive peak voltages and extends the life of components like lamps and chips to the maximum extent possible. Various types of display screens can be easily stored, connected and installed because of factors such as the region, environment and control system.

★The front of the outdoor P5 full-color display adopts special heat-conducting potting silica gel, and the back is protected by spraying three anti-paints, and double waterproof protection, so that the product is more weather-resistant and faster in heat dissipation. In the presence of defects, water can enter into the module and damage the module, resulting in an improved self-protection ability and an enhanced display life.

★P5 outdoor display circuit board adopts wave soldering process, with green oil oxygen barrier layer, preventing wetness and oxidation, and increasing service life;

★With the P5 outdoor led display, the chips are very close to one another, and the light is mixed in the same bracket bowl instead of three discrete oval LEDs, so the mixed light effect is better than an inline oval led screen, which is especially good for viewing close up.

★Outdoor surface mount series products are lighter than outdoor in-line full-color products, which makes assembly, transportation and maintenance easier, saving time and effort.
